If your Spinnaker timepiece is a quartz model:

All Spinnaker quartz movements are produced with highly renowned procedures and quality standards. Ambient temperature may affect the precision of quartz movements, which can lead to variations of between -0.5 and +0.7 seconds per day. If your quartz timepiece is regularly inaccurate, please contact Spinnaker  customer care or after sales service center to get the instructions to restore your timepiece to good working order.

If you own an Spinnaker mechanical timepiece:

You are not particularly active or do not often wear your watch, the movement of your watch may not be wound up enough for it to work properly. In such a case, your watch may be slightly fast or slow, depending on how you wear it, therefore, you may need to wind it up manually and need to use it up to a week to return to normal accuracy.

If you have solar-powered model you may need to expose your watch to direct sun for a few hours.

If your watch is regularly fast or slow, please contact Spinnaker customer care here or after sales service centre here to get the instructions to restore your timepiece to good working order.
